JOB OVERVIEW


We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Cold Email & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our business development efforts, focusing on B2B outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic pipeline development, lead acquisition, and distributor network expansion.

Candidates must be proficient in Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HeyReach to automate and optimize outreach efforts. Prior experience in medical device sales or distributor engagement is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research: Identify and qualify high-potential leads using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a focus on medical device distributors.

Cold Email Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize email outreach strategies using Instantly.ai to increase engagement and conversion rates.

LinkedIn Outreach & Automation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HeyReach to connect with key decision-makers and expand our professional network.

Pipeline Development: Strategically build and manage a database of medical device distributors, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.

Appointment Setting: Drive qualified prospects to book consultations via Calendly, coordinating seamlessly with the sales team.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups: Implement structured follow-up sequences to maximize engagement and conversion.

Sales Strategy & Optimization: Contribute to the refinement of outreach strategies to enhance lead acquisition and distributor engagement.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and appointment setting.
Proficiency in Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HeyReach is required.

Experience in medical device sales or working with distributor networks is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage lead pipelines, with expertise in targeting and segmenting distributors.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices to optimize deliverability and engagement.

Experience using Calendly for appointment scheduling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach to outreach and follow-ups.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.

Familiarity with B2B sales strategies, particularly in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.


Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and implement optimizations.
