Mortgage Protection Cold Texter

We are looking for a **Mortgage Protection Cold Texter** to work on various admin tasks for our Life Insirance Business. You will be working to find leads/clients, so an A+ level of English communication skills and high initiative is required, little to no accent. **ABOUT YOU**

- Excellent English Communication Skills

- Comfortable with Cold Texting
- DealMachine Experience is a plus
- An eye for details
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have the initiative to do tasks on their own
- Willing to learn new skills and tools on their own

**Responsibilities**

- Find potenital clients through Deal Machine software
- Text potential clients through EZTexting
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound text messages in a timely manner with Clients
- Identify Clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage Clients by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
- Act as the point of contact for Clients
- Keeping/maintaining list of clients and status of each client's deal
- Maintain/update contact lists and company databases
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- File regularly scheduled reports
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks

**Requirements**

- Previous experience in Cold Calling/Texting
- Proven experience as a Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in DealMachine
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Technical Requirements**

- Dedicated workstation at home
- Noise-canceling headphone
- 20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
- Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
