Daily office tasks and assignments using Excel and Podio

This position will be helping with various office tasks and assignments. Primarily they will be in charge of running daily reports from a real estate website, compiling results in Excel, and uploading it to matching accounts in Podio.
Experience with Podio/Excel/Real Estate industry is very valuable.

JavaScript and PHP not required, but would be very helpful for some of the tasks needed.

Starting as hourly wage, hoping to move to full/part time if the tasks are done well.
