Freight / Logistics VA

Key Responsibilities:
?? Manage and oversee shipment tracking and tracing processes.
- Handle import/export documentation and compliance requirements.
??Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery.
?? Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and supply chain operations.
??Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to international logistics.

Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics, with hands-on experience in tracking and tracing shipments, import/export processes, and supply chain management.
-Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
