PHP web developer

Looking for an experienced web developer to work on a one month project to redesign and add functions to an exsisting website. Candidate needs to be able to think for themselves and have experience to impelment code without the need to research.
All successful candidates will have a trial un paid task to ensure skills are what is required.
If successful in this project, possible long term projects available.
