Online English tutor coordinator (experience in online English teaching)

Coordinator position’s task is control Filipino tutors, who will provide 25 minutes English lesson for Vietnamese students via online Skype. So this task includes:
First round recruit Filipino tutor at Philippines side.
Give training for Filipino tutors before they start class.
Prepare teaching material, lesson scenario for English courses.
Other control items will be requested by company.
Applicants apply this position must have experience in online English teaching, management skill and member training skill.
Coordinator position is home based job, working via internet, phone.
Salary negotiation, rate depends on number of lesson that under tutors complete.
