We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager with recruitment experience to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in social media management, recruitment and support for the CEO.

Job Description:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across various platforms
Plan and schedule social media content calendars in advance, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content
Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to continuously improve our social media presence

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts
Experience in creating video and photo content for social media, including a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation for fashion brands or similar industries.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget management and performance analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Start-up experience is a plus
Must have a consistent internet speed of at least 25MBPS to ensure smooth remote communication and workflow. A backup internet connection is also required in case of outages
Must have access to a reliable, up-to-date computer with sufficient processing power and memory (e.g., Ryzen 5, i5)
