Pengyang Pump Taizhou Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of BLDC solar water pumps, is seeking an Overseas Sales Manager to join our team in Manila.

About Us
Founded in 2013, our company specializes in research, development, and sales of innovative solar water pumps. We hold over 11 patents and are recognized as the first manufacturer of the fourth-generation solar PMSM BLDC sensorless built-in electronic AC/DC hybrid solar pump in China.

Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Overseas Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in overseas markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements
- Born in the Philippines with Chinese heritage (third or fourth-generation Chinese Filipino)
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the machinery or photovoltaic industries
- Outstanding sales skills, with a reputation for integrity and reliability
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel internationally and complete a one-month paid training program at our factory in China
