Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Customer Service Representative and perform data entry
• Cold calling potential clients and generating new leads
• Follow up on high-quality leads and convert them into clients
• Close sales for MedSpa services and packages, including memberships
• Track, analyze, and optimize conversion rates for ongoing improvement
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels
• Manage social media ads, email campaigns, and online lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and lead generation (MedSpa experience is a plus!)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to build client relationships and exceed sales targets
• Experience with digital marketing and lead generation strategies
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
