We are a fast-growing eCommerce business specializing in dropshipping, and we're looking for a skilled Shopify Product Lister & Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have experience working with dropshipping stores and love providing excellent customer support, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Product Listing & Store Management:

Find, edit, and upload high-converting products to our Shopify store.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Research and analyze trending products and market demand.
Ensure product pages are well-structured and SEO-friendly.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, handle refunds, and resolve disputes.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Track and update order statuses, ensuring smooth fulfillment.
Requirements
? Proven experience in Shopify dropshipping (Aliexpress, Fb ads library) .
? Familiarity with Shopify apps like Oberlo, DSers, or similar tools.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Experience handling customer support via email, chat, and social media.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required):
? Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) for product images.
? Experience with Facebook Ads,
? Understanding of eCommerce automation tools and strategies.
