JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for our Facebook Page and Group, optimizing engagement, and contributing to business expansion. If you're passionate about social media, community building, and creating content, we’d love to hear from you!.
You should also be willing to grow with the company.

Basic Requirements:
- Proficient with Facebook.
- Experience creating engaging posts for Facebook Pages or Groups.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for ---------- creation and visual content.
- Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- High proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, motivated, independent, yet communicative and collaborative.
- Ability and openness to learn a new and exciting world, including its vocabulary.
- Be open to expanding into additional platforms and content areas as the business grows (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, Email contents, and more). This role will evolve based on the company’s needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities (What you'll be doing):
- Content Creation: Write engaging and relatable posts for our Social Media.
- ---------- Creation: Design farming-related ---------- s using Photoshop or Canva.
- Engagement & Growth Strategy: Identify viral content trends, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust the content plan accordingly.
- Leverage Content for Monetization: Create content that increases brand visibility and attracts potential advertisers, helping to grow monetization opportunities
- SOP Documentation: Create structured content guidelines and templates to streamline processes.
- Assist in Future Growth Initiatives: Support the establishment and engagement of other Social Media platforms.
- Manage Community Post Approvals: Publish and approve group members' posts throughout the day.

Working hours:
- Sunday-Thursday, 8 hours each day.
- Working on Israel time (4pm - 12am).
- In addition to the scheduled shift, you will be responsible for publishing group members' posts throughout the day, including weekends, as these cannot be scheduled. This requires availability to check and approve posts at different times outside regular shift hours.
- Global salary of 500$ / Approx. 29,000PHP.
