YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Long-Term Collaboration - Paid Per Design

We are looking for a talented and creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team for a long-term collaboration. Your main responsibility will be to design eye-catching thumbnails that help increase the click-through rate (CTR) of YouTube videos. You will be working with various YouTube channels and will be expected to create high-quality, engaging thumbnails based on provided guidelines and video content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom thumbnails for YouTube videos that are visually appealing and optimized for CTR.
• Follow guidelines provided by the YouTube channel or video creator.
• Ensure that each thumbnail fits the theme and branding of the channel.
• Deliver thumbnails within deadlines (usually 1-2 per day, or as needed).
• Make revisions based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple thumbnail requests at once, ensuring quality and efficiency.

The salary will range from $200 to $320 per month, depending on the number of thumbnails completed. Payment is $4 per thumbnail, with a typical output of 50–80 thumbnails per month.
