LOOKING FOR AN ALL-ROUND VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/PERSONAL ASSISTANT.

Hi my name is Giovanni Verissimo brito and I am the owner of Today2repair a company that repairs phones, tablets, laptops & consoles. We are very active on social media platforms such as tiktok, instagram, youtube & snapchat. We post videos on a daily basis and accumulate millions of views per month on tiktok.

From all these views we get a lot off leads and customers that come to our shop or send their device over. Lately we get 15+ packages on a weekly basis where a few months ago before we started with playstations and ps5 controllers it was 1/2 per month.

Because off this growth, me Giovanni cant handle everything at the same time. From doing repairs, customer service, calling with customers, doing finance tasks, admin tasks etc.

Your tasks will vary over time, but primarily in the short term, you will be engaged in:

- Creating and maintaining structure in daily processes. This includes tasks like managing emails, calendars, orderprocessing, collecting invoices, data entry, etc.
- Communicating with potential customers and scheduling appointments.
- Supporting Giovanni in his personal life, including making reservations, managing personal finances, maintaining email correspondence, etc.

Here's what I can offer you:

- An above-market salary. When you work with me, you'll always earn more than the market standard. If we notice that your knowledge and execution skills have improved over time, resulting in an increased market value, I will match that as long as the company's financial situation permits.
