Job Title: Video Curator (Shorts/Compilation Videos)

???? Long-Form Shorts Curator (Remote)
We are looking for a creative and proactive curator to help us source, download, and compile engaging video clips for our YouTube and TikTok channels. Our content revolves around “crash out” ---------- nts, funny streamer clips, anime highlights, and viral celebrity content.

This role is perfect for someone who is tuned in to internet culture, follows trends closely, and can consistently deliver high-quality compilations that keep viewers engaged.

???? Key Responsibilities
1. Content Curation & Downloading
Source and download 8–12 trending clips (streamers, celebrities, anime, or viral internet ---------- nts) that fit our “crash out / funny ---------- nts” theme.

Each compilation should total 8+ minutes (longer clips preferred for retention and monetization).
Ensure clips are free of watermarks and copyright music. If unavoidable, the editor will handle watermarks during post-production.

Upload clips to our shared folder for the editor.
Suggest new content ideas (anime arcs, streamer drama, trending ---------- nts) to keep content fresh and relevant.

2. TikTok Access (IMPORTANT)
Must have access to the U.S. TikTok feed (not just local PH/Asia feed).
If you don’t have this access, we will provide a U.S.-based TikTok account login for research and curation.

3. Optional (for $15 rate)
Thumbnail Creation: Design a clean, eye-catching thumbnail (simple headshot + bold caption).
Editing: If comfortable, compile clips into one video, bleeping bad words and ensuring smooth flow.

4. Quality Focus
Prioritize longer clips that sustain audience attention.
Keep videos family-friendly and engaging for discussion.
Stay on top of trending topics, drama, and viral ---------- nts.

$12 USD per completed compilation (curating + downloading).
$15 USD per completed compilation (if you also handle thumbnails or editing).
Bonus Incentive: $20 consistency bonus every 3 months if you deliver consistently and at least 1 video per month hits 50K+ views.

Ongoing position: 2 videos per week required.
