Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and growth strategies across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
? Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
? Monitor social media trends and stay updated with industry best practices
? Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
? Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with business goals
? Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable)
? Research and implement influencer or ambassador marketing strategies (if applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
? Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms
? Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut
? Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
? Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Hootsuite, etc.)
? Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
? Knowledge of AI tools and automation is an advantage
