Company Overview: We are a growing dumpster rental and garbage disposal company looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
Forward contracts and communicate pickup/drop-off times with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Input invoices and manage administrative tasks using Excel, Word,
Answer phones and address customer needs promptly and professionally.
Assist in streamlining company systems and operations.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Must understand English at a high level to execute tasks based on audio instructions efficiently.
Degree preferred.
