Creative Designer (Remote) – Branding & Marketing Focus
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time (20-30 hours per week, with potential for growth)

The Creative Designer will be responsible for:
? Creating custom designs, textures, and lifestyle imagery for client projects and Proven’s marketing.
? Designing website graphics, social media posts,
? Developing presentation decks, branded Zoom backgrounds, and marketing collateral.
? Quickly turning around high-quality creative concepts for clients and agency partners.
? Ensuring Proven’s branding and design work look polished, premium, and engaging.

What You’ll Do
???? Client & Product Design
Develop custom product designs, patterns, and lifestyle imagery to enhance branded merchandise.
Build eye-catching, effective print materials for both Proven and our clients.
Create interactive mockups in Figma to help clients visualize their merchandise.
Assist with packaging design, hang tags, and product inserts when needed.
Help Proven’s products stand out with high-quality textures, icons, and embellishments.
???? Branding & Marketing Design
Social Media Graphics: Design engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Email
Website Graphics: Refresh and create graphics for landing pages and promotional content.
Ad Creative: Develop visuals for digital advertising campaigns and client promotions.
???? Sales & Business Development Design
Sales Enablement Materials: Design pitch decks, one-pagers, and client proposals.
Case Studies & Client Spotlights: Create visually engaging layouts for testimonials and success stories.
Branded Zoom Backgrounds & Virtual Event Graphics: Make Proven look sharp in online meetings.
Trade Show Booth Design & Signage: Help design eye-catching event materials.
? High-Impact, Fast-Turnaround Creativity
Quickly develop creative concepts and high-quality visuals for client pitches.
Bring fresh, original ideas to help Proven stand out from competitors.
Maintain brand consistency across all assets while keeping designs fresh and engaging.
What You Bring to the Table
???? Must-Have Skills & Experience
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail, branding, and composition.
Proficiency in Figma (and/or Adobe Creative Suite) to create mockups and polished assets.
Experience designing social media content, marketing materials, and sales collateral.
Ability to quickly turn around professional, visually compelling designs.
A strong understanding of modern design trends and brand identity.
???? Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience designing for e-commerce, branded merchandise, or agency work.
Skills in 3D mockups or product visualization.
Background in working with U.S.-based clients or international teams.
Understanding of brand storytelling and consumer psychology.
