Company: Paradox Group PTY Ltd
Location: Remote (APAC Based)
Compensation: Trial month at $600 USD, followed by a salary assessment $1000-$2000 expected range, although there is no true maximum.
Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Paradox Group PTY Ltd, an Australia-based company, is seeking a skilled HubSpot Consultant to join our innovative and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on dynamic projects with an international team and make an impact through cutting-edge integrations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting clients on creative solutions within their HubSpot account
Managing HubSpot implementation and integration projects
Working directly within HubSpot creating automations, custom objects, properties, emails
Managing your own tasks through project management tools like Asana and Hubstaff
Creating and editing automations / workflows
Conducting database imports
Conducting database audits
Assisting with database hygiene recommendations

Requirements
This role is perfect for those that love solving problems, and are comfortable interacting with English speaking clients.
You must be someone who can think outside the box, and provide creative solutions to digital puzzles. You will have considerable experience working within HubSpot, including designing HubSpot system architecture – custom objects, relationships, integrations.
A logical and analytical mind will help you succeed in this role.
Attention to detail is a must.
Experience in project management is highly regarded.
HubSpot certifications required.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.

Interview Process
First Round: 30 minute capability test using spreadsheet work & logic
Second Round: 45 minute interview with our Chief Operating Officer
