Outbound Dialer / Appointment Setter for Life Insurance Sales

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Dialer/Lead Generator to join our life insurance team. The primary focus of this role is to make outbound calls to warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our licensed agents. This is a remote, part-time position with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to gather essential information.
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents based on lead availability and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead updates in our CRM system.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads to re-engage and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously to build trust with leads.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections and follow scripts effectively.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (experience with any CRM is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a good headset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
