Web & Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Web & Graphic Designer to join our team! If you have a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to create stunning visuals across both digital and print mediums, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
As our Web & Graphic Designer, you will:

? Design eye-catching visuals for:
Print materials – Business cards, flyers, posters, brochures
Merch & packaging – T-shirts, product packaging, book covers
Marketing materials – Print ads, trade show materials
Web design – Websites, landing pages, popups, login screens
Social media & digital ads – Facebook/Twitter covers, newsletters, lead magnets, banner ads
Branding & identity – Logos, infographics, PowerPoint graphics, eBooks

? Collaborate with clients, designers, Account Managers, and QA teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality designs on time.
? Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
? Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

What You’ll Need
?? Education & Experience

A degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
3+ years of experience in web and graphic design (agency experience preferred).
?? Technical Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD.
Strong grasp of design principles, branding, and layout aesthetics.
A portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
?? Hardware & Internet Requirements

Backup computer in case of technical issues.
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) with a backup connection.
?? Soft Skills

No-ego, customer-first design approach.
Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
?? Trial & Work Commitment

Willing to undergo a paid 1-week trial before official hiring.
