Nyala Phillip Consulting is an online marketing firm who works with coaches, consultants, and service based businesses. We help our clients create their, branding, marketing, sales strategies.

Job Description
The Copywriter will be responsible for working with all of our team members to create and execute novel, on-brand copy in house and for our clients. The Copywriter will primarily participate in writing headlines, brochures, web copy, mission statements, one-sheets, taglines, and other marketing materials for coaches, consultants, internet marketers and small businesses (estimated: 90% of time spent). The Copywriter may be called on to proofread large internal documents, such as proposals and case studies (estimated: 10% of time spent).

Responsibilities:

External Copywriting:

Write on-brand client tag lines, mission statements, and vision statements
Brainstorm and qualify new names for organizational rebranding efforts
Produce print copy, web copy, and brochure copy for clients
Attend client meetings to gather necessary information to complete the assignment
Listen to client feedback and provide updated copy
Proofread client copy for grammar and on-brand messaging
Work intimately with the Creative Department

Internal Copywriting:

Assist with blog posts, sales copy, email copy, sales video copy, and other web content, as needed
Gather necessary intimate knowledge to craft client case studies
Proofread marketing materials and proposals

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in field relevant to the position or equivalent experience
An up-to-date portfolio showcasing at least 5 completed client projects (online or in print)
Experience with professional copywriting - your blog or college newspaper doesn't count!
Ability to communicate with clients and defend your work
Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
Enthusiastic attitude and communication skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-reliant, resourceful, and ability to work independently
Proposal writing for business development experience preferred
