Key Responsibilities
• General Administrative Support
o Manage calendars and schedule appointments
o Answer phones and
o Maintain office organization and supplies
o Prepare and process invoices
o Coordinate travel arrangements
o Assist with virtual event planning and logistics
o Maintain and update databases and records
o Provide support for various projects as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an administrative specialist or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
