We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and build an engaged community of pet lovers!

What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain Codë’s social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Post 3-5 times per week using pre-created content (you don’t have to make the content, just schedule and manage it!)
• Engage with our audience—respond to DMs, comments, and tagged posts
• Grow our social community by increasing likes, shares, follows, and engagement
• Interact with pet lovers and influencers in relevant Facebook groups, Reddit, and other online spaces
• Monitor trends & track social media performance to improve engagement

What We’re Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in social media management (pet industry a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest best practices
• Experience using social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar)
• Strong writing skills—you can craft engaging captions and witty replies
• A love for dogs & pet care (a must!)
• Highly organized and proactive—able to work independently
• Basic understanding of social media analytics (tracking engagement & growth)

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience working with influencers & UGC creators
• Familiarity with Facebook & Reddit communities
• Understanding of hashtags, trending content, and engagement strategies
