Print-on-Demand Graphic Designer (Canva, AI Tools, & Trend Research) – Work From Home

About the Role
We are an established eCommerce business selling personalized mugs, shirts, and other print-on-demand (POD) products on Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to recreate and improve winning designs using Canva (or other design software).

*Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT & Midjourney for brainstorming and generating design concepts is a huge plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Recreating and improving best-selling designs to make them unique and trend-driven
-Using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other tools for design work
-Researching trending niches and design styles (Google Trends, Etsy, TikTok)
-Ensuring designs are high-resolution, print-ready, and optimized for different POD products (mugs, shirts, etc.)
-Using ChatGPT & Midjourney to generate ideas and assist with design variations
-Avoiding copyright and trademark issues by modifying inspiration designs appropriately
-Meeting deadlines and quickly adapting to feedback and revisions

What We’re Looking For

-Experience in print-on-demand design (especially mugs & apparel)
-Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar software)
-Familiarity with ChatGPT & Midjourney (or willingness to learn quickly)
-Understanding of copyright and trademark compliance to avoid design issues
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
-Open to collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
