We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and marketing-savvy video editor to join our team! This role is performance-driven, meaning the better your videos perform, the more you earn.

What We Offer

Pay Per Video – We will ensure you make at least $1,000/month
Weekly Bonus Payouts for top-performing videos with our top video editor making $300 bonus a week
Training & Guidance provided to improve ad performance

What We Need
Strong understanding of marketing & video editing for ads
Hook-focused editing – You know how crucial the first few seconds are
Resourceful clip sourcing – You can find high-quality clips online (we don’t provide them)
Creativity – You can turn raw content into scroll-stopping ads
