We are hiring a full-time Reddit Posting VA to manage multiple Reddit accounts, schedule and post content, engage with users, and follow clear content strategies. This role offers the chance to advance quickly and even build and lead your own team in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing multiple Reddit profiles through anti-detect browsers.
Posting scheduled content while following detailed instructions from our managers.
Navigating a curated list of subreddits (hosted on Airtable) and ensuring proper engagement.
Keeping the models’ online presence consistent, professional, and within the theme of their accounts.
Responding to comments and messages to boost engagement and build the account's reputation.
Learning all of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize your work and performance.
Adapting to new AI and automation tools to improve efficiency (a big plus!).

As a manager, you will:
? Oversee multiple accounts and VAs, ensuring that all work meets our quality standards.

? Be responsible for your own team, meaning your earnings will directly reflect your ability to build and maintain a strong, productive group.
? Have the potential to earn up to $10 per hour as a manager, plus additional incentives based on your team’s performance.

If you have friends or family who are also hardworking and looking for an online job, you may eventually recruit and manage them, creating a team under your leadership with full financial support from us.

Requirements:
? Fluent English (written and spoken) – Advanced level required
? High-speed, stable internet connection
? Serious work ethic – Willing to invest time in learning our systems
? Tech-savvy – Able to quickly adapt to AI tools, Airtable, and digital workflows
? Attention to detail & organizational skills
? Strong ability to follow instructions and implement feedback

Compensation & Training:
