Key Responsibilities:
Manage
Organize and maintain digital files, including contracts, invoices, and workshop materials.
Track expenses, manage invoices, and ensure timely payments.
Handle simple bookkeeping tasks
Event & Webinar Coordination
Reach out to media contacts and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and book speaking engagements and panel discussions.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage the community.
Repurpose book content into social media posts, blog articles, and short videos.
Respond to inquiries about ZenWorkspace workshops and programs.
Follow up with potential leads and workshop participants.
Coordinate with partners and sponsors for collaborations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in office software and virtual collaboration tools.
Experience with social media platforms and content management.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Flexibility to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
