I’m Carrie, and we’re expanding our team to include a highly skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and execute content strategies across five different business social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for managing and growing five different business social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Your daily tasks will include:

Developing and executing social media strategies tailored to each business’s goals and target audience.

Creating, scheduling, and posting high-quality content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) three times per day per account.

Writing compelling and engaging daily blog posts for one of the businesses.

Monitoring trends and insights to optimize content strategy and engagement.

Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a strong online community.

Analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Staying updated with platform changes, new features, and best practices.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum 1 year of social media management experience.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and trends.

Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.

Experience in video editing and graphic design is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining brand consistency.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for digital marketing.

PAY & HOURS:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 per day (flexible timing, but must complete all assigned tasks)

Pay: $400 USD per month
