Data Preparation & Control Operator

Company: The Parcel Store Ltd – UK-Based 3rd Party Logistics & Fulfillment Centre
Salary: PHP 6,400 per week (first 3 months), increasing to PHP 7,300 per week after probation
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PH Time (subject to variation during training)
Start Date: Immediate

The Parcel Store Ltd is a growing 3rd Party Logistics and Fulfillment business based in the UK. We specialize in handling parcel storage, fulfillment, and logistics for various clients. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Preparation & Control Operator to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare draft invoices and cross-check invoice data for accuracy
Track parcel data and ensure all information is up to date
Generate and maintain reports related to logistics and billing
Communicate with suppliers via email or online portals as needed (minimal)
Prepare the working day for UK warehouse staff by downloading and editing customer order data in Excel and uploading it into our company portal
Requirements
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Experience using Xero accounting software
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Previous experience in the UK logistics sector is a plus but not required
