Hannah Reid Interiors is a high-growth short-term rental interior design firm based in Denver, CO. We create luxury, high-performing rental properties across Colorado, focusing on both aesthetics and return on investment.

We are looking for a detail-driven Financial Analyst & Bookkeeper to manage our finances, invoicing, and project budgeting. This role requires strong QuickBooks proficiency, financial analysis skills, and a meticulous approach to bookkeeping.

Position Overview
The Financial Analyst & Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, client invoicing, and financial reporting to help manage and optimize our cash flow. This role requires a highly organized, numbers-savvy professional who can ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, but availability during US Mountain Standard Time (MST) for coordination is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Data Management – Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.

QuickBooks Management – Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts regularly.

Client Invoicing – Issue invoices to clients and track payments.

Contractor Invoicing – Coordinate invoices from contractors and process payments accordingly.

Project Cost Tracking – Maintain updated invoice line items in Trello for accurate contractor payments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable – Ensure timely payments to contractors and follow up on outstanding invoices from clients.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Strong QuickBooks proficiency – Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Excellent spreadsheet skills – Comfortable working with Google Sheets and financial models.

Detail-oriented and highly organized – Able to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy.

Experience in interior design, real estate, or project-based businesses is a plus.
