Pay Rate: $8/hour (Paid Weekly)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for processing rental applications, preparing and sending leases for electronic signature, and updating lease information in our property management software, Buildium.

Key Responsibilities:
Process rental applications and verify applicant information
Prepare and send lease agreements for digital signatures
Update lease details and tenant records in Buildium
Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files
Communicate with prospective and current tenants as needed
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) for daily tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in leasing, property management, or administrative work is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Familiarity with Buildium is preferred but not required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and organizational skills
