1) Correspond with customer via email in a timely manner
2) Update information in marketplaces when necessary
3) Make sure accounts ratings are in good health
4) Process and submit claims to shipper (to be assigned)
5) Able to finish task within the time frame given
6) Report completed task to supervisor
7) Daily
