JOB OVERVIEW

The Partner Relationship Specialist plays a vital role in nurturing strong relationships with our partners, driving incremental revenue through add-on sales, and ensuring partner satisfaction. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our partners, showing them “love” by proactively understanding their needs, addressing challenges, and presenting solutions that enhance their experience and maximize mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Partner Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and proactive outreach.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights that help partners maximize their success with our solutions.

Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion
• Identify opportunities for add-on sales, upgrades, and additional services to meet partner needs and increase revenue.
• Work collaboratively with the Technology Managers to develop tailored proposals and close incremental sales opportunities.
• Proactively present new features, products, or solutions that align with partner objectives and drive additional value

Partner Advocacy & Support
• Gather partner feedback and advocate internally for improvements that enhance the partner experience.
• Address partner concerns promptly and escalate complex issues as need to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Track partner engagement, satisfaction, and revenue contributions, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in account management, partner success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and a customer-first mindset.
• Sales-minded with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering value to partners.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer retention strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., MS D365 Sales Hub, HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking engagement and sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of the senior living dining or point-of-sale industries is a plus.
• Creative thinker who can deliver innovative ways to engage partners and foster loyalty.
