We’re looking for a Shopify Project & Support Manager who thrives in leading teams to create world-class digital experiences. This person is passionate about the balance of user experience, commerce, and creativity—and how they come together in a well-executed project.

*Shopify* experience is highly preferred—we are specifically looking for someone with strong knowledge of Shopify Storefronts, Apps, and Integrations.

Experience at *TaskUs* is a big plus. If you've worked there, we'd love to hear from you.

E-commerce experience is highly valued. If you've worked with eCommerce brands or platforms, that’s a major advantage.

The Role
- Work closely with Team Heads, Creatives, and Developers to create, communicate, and track project plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leads and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Balance support for your teams and clients.
- Contract and manage external vendors.
- Conduct bi-weekly analysis of project success and client health.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conduct website audits and optimizations.

Required Experience
- At least one year of Support and Project Management experience in Shopify (strongly preferred).
- Comfortable managing Shopify Storefronts, Apps, and Integration projects.
- Previous experience in eCommerce is a strong advantage.
- Software fluency: ClickUp, Slack, GSuite, and Excel are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedicated work equipment (WiFi, laptop, microphone).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Shopify experience is strongly preferred.
- TaskUs experience is a plus.
