VA for TuCalendi for Setting up Appointments (Experienced!)

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and is save in working with:

- TuCalendi

Task: setting up meetings and events; customers shall be able to visit a booking site on TuCalendi to choose a date and time and pay via PayPal or Stripe, Zoom-Link has to be created and an automated Mail to be sent out with the confirmation, the Zoom-Link, plus a reminder-Mail one day ahead and 2 hours ahead and the possibility also to cancel the meeting. PLus afterwards a mail for Feedback.

This will be one gig, but more work to come.

I have worked with PH VA's already. It works great - and both sides totally happy ;)

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. And a clear communication is important. So this is a GREAT job with more work available, if the project is done FAST, with clear communication and complete.

I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible!

I want someone who is commited and giving 100%!
