JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a support specialist during business hours in the US Central Standard Time Zone (Night Time in Philippines). 20-25 hours a week to start, increasing to 30-40 hours within 6 months.

You will be making outbound calls in English on my behalf. You will only be calling customers, so this is not a sales role. These are all customers who have already purchased a coaching program and I need someone to call them and schedule them onto my calendar.
For their coaching sessions.

Sometimes my customers are new to Skype and Zoom (which I use for their coaching calls), so you’ll also be responsible for helping those people through those initial software issues. Familiarity with both windows and mac is preferred.

Other administrative tasks could get assigned on occasion as well.

Qualifications:
• Ability to follow instructions and then work with little supervision.
• Excellent spoken English is a must.
• Able to work independently
• Enthusiastic
• Reliable Internet is a must
• Familiar with Skype, and Google Docs
• A fast and reliable internet connection, computer equipment, webcam, headset and Skype.
• A quiet work space to allow you to make and answer phone calls comfortably and without interruption.
• We need candidates who have outstanding communication and people skills along with excellent written and verbal English abilities.
