Influencer Assistant

Our Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced Influencer Assistant to join our Influencer Marketing team.
What we need:

- Fluent English & experience working with influencers
- Manually scout influencers on Instagram and TikTok & UGC creators based on specific client briefs
- Reach out to creators via email
- Negotiate rates and usage rights
- Handle creator communication from initial outreach through to contract stage
- Explain campaign requirements and answer creator questions
- Join influencer calls twice per week
- Stay in contact with creators between campaigns
- Update the client database with creator rates received
