**Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Marketing & Social Media**
*Part-Time | 10 Hours per Week to Start*

**About the Role:**
I’m a successful real estate agent in the Pacific Northwest looking for a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to support my growing business. This role will focus on **video editing, social media content creation and scheduling, and real estate marketing tasks** such as uploading property photos, designing promotional materials, and creating flyers.

The ideal candidate is **proficient in Canva, Google Docs, and other common marketing tools**, with strong organization and communication skills. Experience in real estate marketing is a plus, but not required. This position offers room for growth based on performance.

### **Responsibilities:**
- **Video Editing & Content Creation**
- Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
- Add captions, branding, and other enhancements to videos
- Organize and repurpose video content for various platforms
-Thumbnail creation

- **Social Media Management**
- Create engaging graphics, captions, and posts
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
- Monitor engagement and respond to basic comments/messages

- **Real Estate Marketing Support**
- Upload listing photos and descriptions to MLS and other platforms
- Design flyers, brochures, and property marketing materials in Canva
- Assist with basic website updates and email marketing campaigns

### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience in **video editing and social media content creation**
- Proficiency in **Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic design tools**
- Familiarity with **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing is a plus

### **Schedule & Compensation:**
- **10 hours per week to start** (flexible schedule)
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Potential for increased hours and responsibilities over time
