How You Will Contribute:
• Manage customer inquiries primarily through
• Collect, review, and organize loan and lead data, addressing discrepancies promptly and ensuring everything is up-to-date and well-organized.
• Assist in creating and managing loans within the origination system, including scheduling appraisals, inspections, and maintaining clear communication between third parties, borrowers, and internal teams.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, file management, and maintaining detailed digital records.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, following up to nurture relationships and support team operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a similar role is not required but a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and quick to learn new tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and tea
• Professional, flexible, and able to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
