YouTube Video Editor & Motion Designer (Faceless Motivational Channel)

I’m looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented video editor who can help bring my faceless motivational YouTube channel to life. Your job is to craft highly engaging, cinematic-style videos using footage, motion graphics, and minimalist text animations that align with my channel’s tone and brand aesthetic.

If you love creating inspiring, smooth, and high-quality videos and have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention, this role is for you!

Edit 5 faceless YouTube videos per week (4-7 minutes per video).
Source and edit high-quality footage that aligns with the script and narration.
Add motion graphics & text overlays to reinforce key points.
Use smooth transitions and dynamic pacing to enhance storytelling.
Sync visuals with voiceovers (I will provide the narration).
Implement YouTube best practices for retention and engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all videos.
Deliver ready-to-upload videos with engaging thumbnails when needed.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube content.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with motion graphics & text animations (Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar).
Strong storytelling ability to create engaging faceless videos.
Familiarity with stock footage platforms like Pexels, Artgrid, Envato, or Storyblocks.
Understanding of YouTube retention strategies (keeping viewers engaged).
Ability to color grade and enhance visuals for a cinematic look.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Experience with thumbnail creation using Photoshop or Canva.
Knowledge of AI tools like ElevenLabs for voice syncing.
Familiarity with YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, & tags).
Background in motivational, self-improvement, or lifestyle content.

Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (Please indicate your expected monthly rate).
