FULL-TIME WORK for minimum 3 months.

We are looking for a programmer to create a full functioning two-sided internet market place similar to Thumbtack.

Also should include key features:

complete database system
internal messaging and emailing system
job posts will have user image and file upload function
ready to send SMS text messages and alerts to mobile phones
Google MAPS API (for address verification, and proximity information using Postal Codes
Payment fulfilment system using PayPal
