Romaks International, is a leading company in the ecommerce area, we manage a big variety of online businesses via several major online platforms.

Position Introduction - Amazon Marketing Manager:
As a part of growing our company’s businesses on amazon, we are continuously manufacturing new products to be sold on amazon. We send these products directly to amazon warehouse and once it reaches there, it is being listed on the site.
From that moment, each product needs to be correctly promoted and optimized in order be positioned as high as possible in all related search results on amazon. This will result in maximizing our profits for each and every item.

The Amazon Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and continuously optimizing products in order to rank as high as possible in the search results and as a result have more sales.

Among other things this will include – Working with Amazon Paid Advertising, Finding Related Keyword, Doing Facebook Ads, Optimization by Analyzing CSV Reports, Creating Funnels with Website Builder Tools, Communicating with Buyers, and Designing Ads with Adobe Photoshop & Premiere.

What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a person who’s passionate about the online marketing area, open minded, who’s capable of working with numbers and analyzing data, has some basic sense of designing or drawing, a high sense of responsibility & self-improvement, not afraid to take risks and isn’t shy to continuously suggest new ideas.

Experience:
No experience needed, everything would be taught.
Yet if you do have any experience that you think might be relevant, please mention it as it can improve your chances of being hired.

Requirements:
- You must be an internet savvy person who’s passionate about the online marketing area.
- You need to have self-learning capabilities.
- You need to be ok with excel.
- Fluent written English is a must.

Compensation:
- Bonuses – Min 350$ a month, Max 750$ a month. Average around 500-550$ a month. The bonuses will depend on several factors. This will be explained in more details in the final interview. But overall, your salary WILL NOT depend only on bonuses. If you can’t reach a minimal amount you’ll be still paid 350$ as a basic salary. However, most our employees reach 400-450$ in the first 2-3 months, and after 3-4 months usually reach a total salary of 500-550$ a month. If your results are good you can reach 750$ a month, out of 10, we have 2 employees who reach every month to 700-750$.

- The payment will be done weekly.
