JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills? C3 Studios is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in scheduling meetings, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to schedule appointments.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for internal teams and clients.
Confirm and remind clients of scheduled appointments to minimize no-shows.
Coordinate between team members and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Lead Management: Update and maintain client and lead information in the CRM system.
Track and report on appointment-setting metrics and progress.
Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve scheduling and service delivery.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as an appointment setter, customer service representative, or similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred (but not required):
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly or Google Calendar.
Experience working in a sales or customer-focused environment.
Availability to work in a graveyard shift (9 PM to 6 AM).
