Customer Service Rep at Lady Bugs All Pest Solutions

As a customer service representative (CSR) at Lady Bugs All Pest Solutions, you’ll serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and team members. From handling incoming calls and emails to managing daily administrative tasks, your role is vital to keeping operations running efficiently. You’ll coordinate service scheduling, process payments, maintain accurate records in our CRM system and support accounts receivable functions by following up on outstanding balances.

In addition to traditional customer service responsibilities, you’ll play an active role in driving residential sales by identifying customer needs, recommending services and earning bonus income for new accounts you secure.
