Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through our ticketing platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience with CHAYNE is seamless and positive.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours via our ticketing platform.
Process return and exchange requests efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including payment and shipment problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our support log.
Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, reflecting CHAYNE’s brand voice.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to improve our customer support processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support platforms and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
