Tech Implementor

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Tech Implementor to join Mirasee's marketing operations team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace challenges, and are driven to grow and learn, you’re who we’re looking for!

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule marketing emails using Ontraport.
- Create and implement automations in Ontraport.
- Pull and analyze marketing statistics using Ontraport.
- Maintain and create project documentation, including spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant.
- Experience scheduling marketing emails, building automations, and creating reports.
- Proficient in Ontraport or similar tools (e.g., Infusionsoft/Keap).
- Familiarity with tools like Asana and Time Doctor.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with no other job commitments.
- Must overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
- Available for tea ---------- etings every Wednesday from 11am-1pm EST.
- Reliable internet connection, own computer/laptop, and a dedicated workspace.
