Civil Engineer / Take Off Estimator

Our company is looking for a proficient civil engineer that has extensive experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities will include:
-Perform material and labor takeoffs
-Review architectural plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy
-Prepare detailed quantity estimates for construction projects
-Ensure takeoff data is properly documented and formatted for use in pricing and project planning
- Can communicate well in American English
- Be proficient in using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Forms, etc.)
- Must be able to work well with a team
- Problem solving abilities
- Experienced in utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
- Preferred: Can Generate 3D renderings to visualize proposed designs.

Compensation & Growth:
Starting rate: $4.00 per hour
Paid trial test will be conducted for shortlisted applicants.
