Our mission is to simplify fitness and supplements for high achievers. We have a 2 minute online quiz, that personalizes a supplement pack and personalized training handbook to achieve their goals. This all-in-one product is designed for busy professionals who value fitness and appreciate having their goals and fitness - simplified and personalized!

We have identified LinkedIn as a unique selling pathway. Using LinkedIn Sales & Lead Generation we are looking for a sales specialist who can generate revenue, promote the product and direct them to Quiz, and close with incentive.

This is a performance driven role with bonus incentives based on sales success. If you are proactive, results-oriented, and have experience in LinkedIn sales, outreach, and lead generation, we want you on our team! Additionally:

???? Role Overview:

? 50% LinkedIn Sales & Lead Generation (Primary Focus - After Week 1-2)

Find, connect with, and engage high-income professionals (entrepreneurs, executives, consultants, and fitness-minded professionals) on LinkedIn.
Develop relationships and close sales through direct messaging (DMs) and warm leads.
Guide prospects through our fitness quiz, highlighting Vital Lane’s personalized supplement approach.
Manage and track leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversion efforts.
BONUS potential based on performance and revenue generated.

? Projects & Business Development (30%) (This will be the initial focus)

Project 1: Sourcing UGC Creators – Identify content creators, influencers, and fitness enthusiasts for collaborations and testimonials.
Project 2: Affiliate Program Development – Find and recruit high-impact fitness affiliates to promote Vital Lane’s products.
Project 3: Podcast Outreach – Pitch and secure podcast interviews for the founder to discuss fitness, supplements, and high-performance living.

? Marketing & Content Support (20%)

Basic content creation (social media posts, captions, engagement).
Video editing & repurposing UGC for promotional materials.
Ad-hoc marketing tasks to support business growth.

???? Salary & Bonus Structure:

???? $4/hour – 40 hours per week ($660USD/month)
???? Performance-Based Bonus: Additional incentives for hitting sales & lead generation targets.

? LinkedIn Sales & Lead Generation Experience (Must have cold calling, B2C outreach experience).
? Strong English communication skills (writing & messaging must be engaging).
? Ability to build rapport & close deals (relationship focused selling).
? Familiarity with fitness, nutrition, or health industry (a plus, but not required).
? Tech-savvy & proactive – You can work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
? Experience in affiliate recruitment, UGC sourcing, or influencer marketing (bonus points).
