About Hickman Enterprises
We are a fast-growing marketing & franchising company looking for an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help with social media, email marketing, and campaign coordination.

What You’ll Work On:
- Scheduling & managing social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Assisting with email marketing automation
- Conducting LinkedIn outreach & engagement
- Tracking marketing performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years experience in marketing support or admin work
- Strong understanding of social media scheduling tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools

Work Schedule & Benefits
Monday–Friday (flexible schedule)
13th-month pay + performance bonuses
Paid Philippine holidays + PTO after 6 months
