ABOUT THE COMPANY
Yaran Property Group (Yaran) is a Western Australian property development company that specialises in affordable build-to-rent housing. The company was established in 1996 and has developed over 1100 dwellings across 60 different developments. The company currently owns 180 residential rental properties in Perth, and a pipeline of a further 500 dwellings to commence construction in the next 12 months. The company is aiming to develop 20000 dwellings in the next 6 years.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented SDA Admin Assistant to support the daily
operations of our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team. This role involves handling
documentation, managing systems, coordinating with different teams, and assisting with
property and tenant-related requirements.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong
communication skills, and can balance multiple tasks effectively
.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain digital records and folders to ensure information is accurate and
accessible.
• Assist with processing invoices, expense tracking, and other administrative finance tasks.
• Keep contact records updated in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with trades and suppliers for property setup, maintenance, and customisation
needs.
• Support the move-in process by scheduling required checks and ensuring readiness of the
property.
• Track and monitor progress of tasks, providing updates to the team as needed.
• Assist with logging issues, following up on resolutions, and ensuring quality of completed
work.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software related to Real Estate is an advantage
• Experience in Property Management for Real Estate companies is a plus
• Experience using SharePoint, ApprovalMax, and other document management systems
preferred

Employment and Salary:
-Immediate start
-Permanent full-time position
-Work-from-home
-Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Manila/Perth Time)
-13th-month pay
-Salary: $230 AUD per week
